Terms and Conditions for Travel Agents and Counselors

1. Adherence to Booking Terms and Conditions All reservations made by travel agents must comply with the standard booking terms and conditions as outlined on our website. This contract between customers and Flash Pack Travels Ltd. is central to our services.

2. Commission Eligibility and Cancellations Travel agent bookings are subject to the same terms and conditions as direct bookings. Commission will be paid to agents if a client cancels within 60 days or less of the departure date, provided the client has paid the full trip amount. If a client cancels more than 60 days before departure, the travel agent is not eligible for commission. If a client moves their booking to a new departure date, the same commission terms apply but will correspond to the newly selected departure date.

3. Direct Bookings We strongly encourage travel agents to direct their clients to book through our website. Agents can officially record the reservation as an agent-mediated booking using this form.

4. Customer Consent If an agent completes a booking on behalf of a client, the agent must share the terms and conditions with the client and obtain written confirmation that the client agrees to comply with Flash Pack's terms before the booking is finalized. Failure to comply with clause 1 will make the travel agent responsible for the client's booking.

5. Commission

Flash Pack Travels Ltd. will pay a commission fee of 12% on all bookings made by the travel agent on behalf of their clients. Commission is not applicable to bookings made by the travel agent for personal use. Flash Pack reserves the right to revise the commission rate at any time.

6. Commission Limitations The 12% commission applies to the primary booking only. Additional services such as single supplements, extra nights, or other add-ons are not subject to the 12% commission. If a client applies a promotional code, the agent's commission will be calculated on the reduced cost after the discount has been applied.

7. Payment of Commission Commission will be paid to the travel agent during the month of the customer's departure, no later than the 28th of that month.

8. Commission Recording Commission is only paid on bookings officially recorded via the provided form. If a returning Flash Pack customer chooses to book future trips independently, no commission will be owed to the travel agent.

9. Termination Flash Pack Travels Ltd. reserves the right to end its collaboration with any travel agent at any time.

10. Agent Incentive Partner travel agents are eligible for a £3,000 Flash Pack voucher, redeemable on any of our adventures, upon facilitating 30 Flash Pack trip sales within a calendar year (January to December). The 30 trips may be accumulated individually or collectively across a travel agency.

11. Client Awareness Travel agents must ensure their clients understand Flash Pack's ethos, guidelines, and the company's right to cancel a reservation if a client displays behavior that is detrimental to group dynamics or exhibits sexist, racist, or anti-LGBTQI+ conduct.

12. Onboarding Travel agents are responsible for ensuring their clients complete all required onboarding information between 30 and 15 days prior to departure.

13. Group Dynamics Group dynamics are central to the Flash Pack experience. Flash Pack reserves the right to contact customers directly after booking to share further information about our ethos, mission, group dynamics, and bonding activities.
