Terms and Conditions for Travel Agents and Counselors
- Adherence to Booking Terms and Conditions: All reservations made by travel agents are expected to comply with the standard booking terms and conditions as stipulated on our website. This contract between customers and Flash Pack Travels Ltd. is pivotal to our services.
- Travel agent bookings must adhere to the same terms and conditions as direct bookings. The commission will still be paid to agents if clients cancel within 60 days or less of the departure date, provided that the client has paid the full amount for their trip. However, if a client cancels more than 60 days before the trip's departure, travel agents are not eligible for commission. Should the customer choose to move their booking to a new departure date, the same terms previously mentioned will apply, but they will correspond to this newly chosen departure date.
- Direct Bookings: We highly recommend travel agents to facilitate their clients to make bookings directly on our website. Agents will be able to officially record the reservation as an agent-mediated booking via this form.
- Customer Consent: In the event that an agent completes the booking on behalf of a client, the agent is required to share the booking terms and conditions with the client.
- Furthermore, the agent must obtain a written confirmation from the client expressing their willingness to adhere to the stipulated Flash Pack terms and conditions before the booking is finalized.
- Non-Compliance: Failure to abide by clause 1 will render the travel agent responsible for the client's booking.
- Commission: Flash Pack Travels Ltd. agrees to pay a commission fee of 12% on all bookings procured by the travel agent.
- Flash Pack retains the right to revise the commission rate at any point in the future.
- Commission Limitations: The 12% commission fee applies solely to the primary booking. Any additional services such as single supplements, extra nights, or other auxiliary activities added to the booking are not subject to the 12% commission fee.
- Should a client utilize a promotional code; the travel agent's commission will be computed on the reduced cost post-application of the discount.
- Payment of Commission: The commission will be paid to the travel agent partner during the month of the customer's departure, no later than the 28th of that month.
- Commission Eligibility: To qualify for the commission, travel agents are required to complete our 15-question Flash Pack educational course, which covers our values and ethos.
- Commission Recording: Commissions are only paid on bookings procured by the travel agent and officially recorded via the provided form. If a customer who has previously travelled with Flash Pack through an agent decides to book future trips independently, Flash Pack will not owe a commission to the travel agent.
- Termination: Flash Pack Travels Ltd. reserves the right to cease collaboration with any travel agent at any given time.
- Agent Incentive: Partner travel agents are eligible for a £3,000 Flash Pack voucher, redeemable for any of our adventures, once they have facilitated the sale of 30 Flash Pack trips within a calendar year (January to December). The 30 trips may be accumulated individually or collectively by a travel agency.
- Client Awareness: Travel agents are obliged to ensure their clients comprehend Flash Pack's ethos, guidelines, and the company's right to cancel a reservation if a customer exhibits behavior detrimental to group dynamics or displays sexist, racist, or anti-LGBTQI+ behavior.
- Onboarding: Travel agents are obliged to ensure their clients complete all necessary onboarding information within a period of 30 to 15 days prior to departure.
- Group Dynamic: Group dynamics is a cornerstone of the Flash Pack experience. Flash Pack reserves the right to directly contact customers post-booking to provide them with further information about Flash Pack's ethos, mission, group dynamics, and bonding activities.
